These Terms of Service outline the general guidelines, responsibilities, and conditions applicable to services provided by GS Global Works.
GS Global Works provides professional field technician services for security camera setup, TV wall mounting, and smart device configurations. Customers are responsible for providing stable working electrical outlets and active Wi-Fi networks prior to technician arrival.
Estimates provided via web forms or phone calls represent baseline labor fees. On-site structural variations such as plaster, concrete walls, high ceilings, or other installation conditions may require additional mounting hardware or custom wiring fees. Any additional charges will be disclosed prior to work starting.
We provide a 30-day labor warranty on hardware installation and mounting work. Manufacturer device warranties apply separately according to the original equipment manufacturer's terms and conditions.
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 2 hours before the scheduled technician arrival window without penalty.
